We partner with operators/management and originate and champion the investment opportunity by bringing in the optimal co-investment partner. Our co-investors include family offices and institutional investors. Together with management, we decide which investor is best for each opportunity (fit with transaction dynamics; growth objectives; operating rhythm/style/culture; return expectations/exit horizon) and deliver to them the opportunity under exclusivity. We are not restricted by investment charter and are free to pursue opportunities where we believe we bring unique angles and creative execution capabilities.
